SHIPPING

All domestic orders at or above $60 qualify for Free Shipping!

All domestic orders less than $60 are shipped via US Post Office First Class with Tracking for a flat rate of $4.75. You may also choose Priority Mail for $8.50.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will email you directly if we foresee any delay in shipping. 

We are also happy to ship products to you via UPS,
overnight or internationally.  Our site will generally select the most economical shipping for you at checkout.  

We realize 'porch pirates' are afoot!  Thank you for understanding and helping stem that potential problem by making sure your mail carrier leaves your package in a secure place.  We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen once the tracking is saying it was delivered.  
Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require special delivery requirements for your package.

Please note on your check out page any requests (such as birthday or other holiday gift wrapping, greeting, etc.) to be sent with your order.  We can accommodate these requests.

If you have received any items with manufacturing flaws we would be happy to exchange or refund them for you.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept items for return or exchange within 14 days of order delivery.

All returned items must be in resalable condition
ie. free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being re-sold.

If you have requested the wrong item (style, color, size), or perhaps you changed your mind,
we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.

If we mistakenly sent the wrong item (style, color, size), or if the item has been damaged in the original shipment,
return shipping costs will be covered by G & L Positive Goods.

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing flaw.
